Abstract :
The theoretical bases, principles of construction and methodology of designing of computer networks with deep paralleling of information flows on the basis of two-dimensional and three-dimensional matrix models of data movement are given. The interrelation of potential and design resources of movement of the data in each unit of matrix model is effectively displayed.
