Abstract :
Enterprise-customer Collaborative innovation is an effective way for enterprise to accumulate and innovate knowledge. This paper analyzes key risk factors existed in enterprise-customer collaborative innovation process, establishes matter element model for risk assessment, illustrates the usage of model and comes up with qualitative and quantitative assessment for the risk level of enterprise-customer collaborative innovation, which will provides new measures and a train of thought for risk decision-making in collaborative innovation process.
