Abstract
An appropriate algebraic fuzzy structure is introduced to cope with the problem of uncertainty management. Then, the structure is implemented in PROLOG and an example regarding medical diagnoses is illustrated. Thus, a solution is obtained to the problem of uncertainty modelling for expert system environments
