Abstract
Equivalent Circuit Model and Numerical Analysis (Method of Moments) of dual slot antenna is analyzed in this paper. Dual slot antenna is integrated with hetero structure backward diode using Advanced Design System (ADS) software is being developed for terahertz medical imaging application. The result shows the return loss of about -12dB at 100GHz by the lumped component is obtained which is in close agreement with the MOM analysis results.
