Abstract :
In this paper, a method of estimating the parameters of the model of the clutch driven disc detection system is proposed. After analyzing the parts of the clutch driven disc detection system, the simplified mathematical model is built. The model parameters were estimated by the Least Squares method. Based on the virtual instrument technology of NI company, the interface and data acquisition programs are developed. The simulation results and the experiments show that the characteristics of the identified model are similar to the characteristics of the open loop control system and the calculating speed is improved by using the complex method.
