Abstract
Power supply enterprises for avoiding the customer credit risks which exist in management, should establish the analysis model of customer credit risk analysis model, carries on the effective appraisal to the customer credit risks. This article used AHP to determine each evaluating indicator´s weight in the customer risk, used the method of the fuzzy quality synthetic evaluation to carry on risk assessment. The combination of the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation establishes the mathematical model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation about risk real estate development, which offers a combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis for the assessment of customer credit risks.
