Abstract
Modes of scanning of micro object relief by television-optical reflective microscope with the aim of reasonable mode choice are considered in this paper. The principle of microscope action consists of scanning of examined micro object by light probe, conversion of intensity of light reflected by examined object into electrical signal, processing of this signal, and micro object relief display on the screen of video control unit.
