Abstract :
Influence of laser spectra on fiber optic Michelson interferometer´s contrast for multimode laser and simulations are described. Experimental results of applied contrast-based sensor as elongation meter is presented. A 5-mm measuring range with 25 /spl mu/m uncertainties is obtained.
