Abstract :
The dynamic testing system of voltage regulator must be assembled with the automotive alternator, so it´s large, expensive, power consumption and operation complexity. A static testing system was developed by using electronic analog generator in place of automotive alternator sets. The system communicated with the computer can carry out performance test and data acquisition, in turn to analysis performance for large quantities of products. The paper described the methods of static testing and the principles of data acquisition. By comparison, it´s proved that the static testing system is simple, reliable, easy to operate, cheap and accurate. Its accuracy came to 0.1 relative to dynamic testing system.
