Abstract :
Constant composition codes (CCCs), a generalization of constant weight binary codes, have attracted lots of interests due to their numerous applications. It is known that there exists a one to one correspondence between constant composition codes (CCCs) and generalized doubly resolvable packings (GDRPs). In this paper, some new upper bounds are presented and several new series of optimal constant composition codes meeting the bounds are constructed.
