Study on Reverse Logistics in Enterprises

With the development of economy, the environment protection consciousness of people is strengthening. To solve the problem of global resource shortage and the pollution, more and more enterprises begin to carry the reverse logistics into execution. This paper firstly introduces literature review of reverse logistics, subsequently explains management process of reverse logistic, and considers the resources recycling in the stage of products´ conception and designing and to raise efficiency of resources, at last this paper shows that building the recycling logistics system including the forward logistics and the reverse logistics together will be the direction of manufacturing enterprises development in the future. In summary, this paper can shed light on future research direction in development of reverse logistics.
