  • Abstract
    An advanced test system for vehicle movement stability based on real time kinematic (RTK) differential GPS technology is successfully developed. Vehicle movement parameters, which represent vehicle motion performance, can be acquired in real-time with this test system, thereby achieving vehicle movement stability testing and evaluation. In addition, a superior approach for measuring vehicular velocity is contrived, which solves the difficulty of verifying the accuracy and precision of velocity measurements with GPS. The real vehicle experiment results indicate that the test system for vehicle movement stability is feasible and advanced.
