Abstract :
Aiming at the risk management that electricity purchasers will face in power purchase of four markets under the framework of the electricity market, two purchasing electricity models about the restrictions or non-restriction are set up by means of Variance measuring risk. Meanwhile, this paper also proposes several feasible algorithms to minimize risks, including statistical genetic algorithms (SGA) on the basis of historic data. Lastly, a simulation-sample for one of models is given in this essay.
