Abstract :
Optical phase conjugation (OPC) is one of the important properties in optical nonlinear material. In this manuscript we have tried to explain the OPC characteristics of a gold nanoparticle doped-alumina (Au:Al2O3) theoretically. Numerical simulation is also given to explain the switching characteristics. We also propose 2D matrix switching using this nonlinear material.
