Abstract :
The human resource function is more important than ever before, it is becoming more strategic rather than merely administrative than it used to be. Human resource development is based on the beliefs that organizations are human-made entities that rely on human expertise in order to establish and achieve their goals. So Employee is the masses foundation and impetus for organization development and expansion. By analyze the effect factors of employee´s value, this paper establishes a more comprehensive evaluation model based on BP (Back Propagation) neural network. The performance evaluation shows that the results given by this model are reliable, and this method to evaluate employee performance is feasible. The study shows that the model can get the goal of human resource development with a rather high effectiveness.
