Abstract :
Thin film electroluminescent (TFEL) structures have been under development as a basis of many significant new devices such as full color displays. The hypermodelling for TFEL display properties was proposed. A basis of the approach proposed is a mathematical modelling of the TFEL structures, electric and optical characteristics together with the analysis of features of their functioning in the schematics CAD environment.
