Abstract :
This work presents the "MicroCool" software package that has been worked out as an effective CAE tool making the design of an optimal micro heat sink easier. Its idea consists in coupling of a problem oriented database with a dedicated user friendly graphical processor that delivers the necessary design data. Authors present the arguments to convince that this kind of tool is efficient and necessary.
