Abstract :
Technological advances in three basic fields mobile devices, communication, services architecture have helped the vertiginous evolution of mobile GI services. Mobile computing scenario, which take into account the relative position of users, service components, and available resources, encourages the development and deployment of innovation services. As for Mobile GI Services application, the driving factors of system design and development were identified, stated and analyzed in the paper, which provides a sound basis for future work in this area.
