Abstract :
In the paper the modern reliability software AVALON is shown. The recommendations and detailed description of software are presented. Software is build on the basis of MATLAB 6.1 that ensure high universability. Developed CAD must ensure simple user interfaces, different data types handling, distributions mathematical models selection, probability of survival determination and optimization procedure holding.
