Abstract :
In the paper the modern reliability software BOOTSTRAP is shown. The recommendations and detailed description of software are presented. Software is build on base of MATLAB 6.1. By separate window the statistical dependencies of statistical parameters are presented. The probability of survival and probability of failure dependencies from the nonfailure operating times are presented.
