Abstract :
According to the characteristics of present high frequency (HF) air-ground communications, this paper not only puts forward the function relation between aircraft flying position and time, but also proposes a new frequency choosing strategy according to SNR sorting. This new strategy based on ITS area SNR data ascertains the distribution of every channel´s SNR along time on the route through interpolated method. Simulation results demonstrate the great improvement on average SNR and communication reliability on the route.
