Abstract :
Physical model of energy management based on profit maximization for power plant was proposed in this paper, in which thermodynamics and economics were organically combined. The physical model can be used to analyze the cost and profit in energy conversion in power plants, related to electricity price, fuel price, running of turbine and auxiliary equipment, service power consumption, etc. The profit sensitivity analysis model is also proposed in order to find out the profit dynamic process response to the cost changes of each part.
