Abstract :
The interference suppression capability of a multiple-antenna-multiple-equalizer (MAME) system is explained using different concepts. The inherent spectral correlation present in user signals is used to interpret interference suppression from a frequency-domain point of view. The MAME system is also interpreted as a dual-domain diversity combiner. A code-division multiple access (CDMA) system was simulated and the results obtained are analyzed
