  • Abstract
    The quality of CAID software influences the industrial designer¿s work status and efficiency directly. Besides the technology performance of software, the good user experience is closely bound up with the software user interface in software quality evaluation. This article analyzes and studies the user interface design of CAID software based on usability. By choosing the user group of the CAID software, requirement analysis, and multi-angle evaluation and analysis to the frequently used part, GUI of typical software such as Cinema 4D, Imagestudio against usability, the usability principle and design thinking to the CAID software user interface design come up according to the research and analyzed result. In the end, focusing on the CAID software development status and combined with the usability principle, this article forecasts the development trend of the CAID software user interface.
