Abstract :
Blast Furnace Gas (BFG) is usually been comprehensively utilized in the production process of modern iron & steel plants, and it makes the pipe network of BFG quite complex. In order to manage and schedule the production and consumption of BFG rationally, each iron & steel plant has a set of facilities for remote measurement and control. However, the measured data of flow rates in the pipeline network may be lost, contaminated by gross errors or disturbed by random signals which lead to random errors in the procedure of measurement, transformation and transmission. So the data displayed at last deviate from the original true data. It´s an obstacle for the plant to make right decision. This research proposes the methods of data reconciliation applied in the measurement systems of BFG pipeline network to solve the mentioned three problems. At last we give the results of data reconciliation for a group of experiment data. They show that the algorithm of data reconciliation is effective and the quality of data is improved.
