  • Abstract
A combined assessment method based on Probability Theory and Evidence Theory was proposed to evaluate the power quality for wind plant. This method adopted an improved Probability Theory to estimate every sample index, which guaranteed the objectivity and preciseness in the measured data acquisition and initial process. The D-S Evidence Theory was also introduced for the information fusion of different experts in the estimate process of index weight, which made the result more objectively and exactly, and abated the force of experts´ subjective factors.
