Abstract :
Aiming at the problem that manual grading for garment fabric¿s quality has not good precision, this paper presents a new method based on fuzzy set which can evaluate the quality grade of the garment fabric. According to fuzzy theory, we firstly construct a fuzzy matrix from existed fuzzy sets which can evaluate the garment fabric¿s quality. According to this matrix, we put forth improved closeness formula which can more accurately grade garment fabric than traditional closeness formula. At the same time, nearness principle which can decide the last grade result of garment fabric is applied. According above method, flow chart of computer aid evaluating system based on this matrix module for garment fabric is proposed and an example is provided to validate that this method is correct. At last, the matrix features, veracity of the way, application range of closeness formula and influences on production are analyzed.
