Abstract :
Both economics and management deems that the most important way to increase well-being is to increase wealth. Concerning about happiness and well-being of the people´s livelihood is the return of Economics, while concerning about the well-being of organization members is also in the scope of management study. Therefore, this article discusses how to penetrate hedonic economics through management, such as improving the well-being of staff, creating a positive working environment, helping employees to develop positive personality and training staff to experience positive emotions through the establishment of good corporate culture, etc.
