Abstract :
The paper suggests a model of an intelligent technological environment for distributed design and monitoring of applied data processing systems. The methodology allows the use of the same environment on every stage of the software life-cycle (development, use, monitoring, improvement). The intelligent component of the given system is based on using intelligent agents (self-sufficient intelligent software objects). It provides the base elements of self-determination. The software development process becomes an interactive dialog between user and intelligent environment
