Abstract :
A considerable number of papers have appeared concerning separation properties of topological space by taking semi open sets. Considering the continuity of a function, Long (1969) studied implications of functions with a closed graph condition like the closed point inverse. Motivated by the idea we introduce a new type of non-continuity, called C-semi continuity
