Abstract :
Image quality evaluation is an important content of the Image Engineering, which plays an important role in the image communication process. Evaluation methods in general can be divided into objective and subjective quality evaluation methods. This paper analyzes the traditional full-reference image quality evaluation method and some of its shortcomings. Based on the analysis of image information and the relevance of the basis of the theory and structural distortion of image quality evaluation methods in-depth analysis, experimental proof of the proposed method, a non-reference image quality evaluation method, improves people´s quality of subjective visual consistency.
