Abstract :
In the past, the books are the only market products and the only way to profit of the publishing house. Recently, it is recognized that free services can enhance the book sale. From the customer viewpoint and the service supplier viewpoint, the services descriptions and services management is different. The customer except to acquire different books information as much as possible. Information relations between different books are important. But the service suppliers can well manage the various services of every book and are short of books relations management. Both have some divergences of service definition, service management and other issues. In this paper, we present a solution based on agent and ontology to solve these questions. We use multi-agent technology to provide the atomic or combined service to customers.
