Abstract
RFID can automatically identify multi-target and moving target in non-contact method. Internet of things, based on RFID, emphasizes the interaction between material and information, can improve the service level of the industry by using RFID technology in data collection and material tracing. Logistic management of raw material is a set of complex procedures. And this project aims to increase the raw material quality, applies RFID technology to manufacturing logistic management, and presents a RFID-based material tracking information system, so as to make the raw material able to be traced and tracked automatically and improve the semi-product or product quality by optimizing the procedure of raw material management. In this paper, according to the practical producing procedures and the demand of products quality of a company, a material tracking information system which combines RFID technology, computer networks and database technology is designed, and the design includes system architecture, RFID data acquisition method, database accessing interface, backend database and part client user software. Integrating RFID into material tracking information system guarantees product quality.
