Abstract :
In this paper, the thermal design and electromagnetic capability (EMC) design related to the stability of microwave power module (MPM) was introduced. The high-voltage switch electronic power conditioner (EPC) filter circuit in the MPM was analyzed and designed. The simulation results are presented for filters circuit of the EPC, output filter circuit was established, the test results meet common standards of ripple voltage noise which require ripple voltage noise in the output voltage less than 2%.
