Abstract :
Rectification tower, condenser, evaporator, absorber and pump etc. compose single-stage aqua ammonia absorption type refrigeration equipment of using automobile exhaust gas remaining energy. Rectification tower is a key component of aqua ammonia absorption type refrigeration system and its inside structure composes of generator, dephlegmator and reflux condenser etc.. Selected rectification scheme is precondition of completing the structure design of rectification tower, and in this paper, according to refrigerating output of automobile air conditioning and automobile space, a kind of rectification tower was designed on basis of packed tower of continuous atmospheric distillation, which has simple structure, small volume, low cost and convenient in installation, etc.. Finally the optimal design scheme was confirmed when finite element fluid analysis of generator pipe in the rectification tower had been completed.
