Abstract :
In order to achieve the rapid and effective decision-making mechanism to play down the loss to the minimum in supply chain finance emergency, a collaborative decision-making model is used in this paper. It analyses the decision-making demand of emergency as scientific, rapid and effective, and gives modeling method, rapid decision-making flow and major processes to achieve decision-making demand. Then it sets up a fuzzy of multi-objectives many-persons decision makings model with examples, and adopts set pair analysis as the method for consensus evaluation. Final, a model based on GDSS is pointed out to realize effective decision-making.
