  • Abstract
    To solve the lacking of concept reusing and information sharing problems in fire dispatching decision knowledgebase system, a domain ontology based fire knowledge base model is presented. Fire commanding ontology (FCO) was created to represent domain concepts and the relationship between concepts. FCO was used to construct the semantic description database of information resource in fire dispatching system. The fire domain ontology modeling is discussed. Based on current ontology represent languages, fire commanding ontology represent language (FCORL) is presented. An ontology-based fire decision-making knowledgebase prototype system is constructed. The simulation results show that the model implements concept is reusing and information sharing. At the same time, it improve the level of real-time, accuracy and reliability of the system.
