  • Abstract
    In manufacturing, the dielectric constant of High-speed PCB´s dielectric material is difficult to control in a certain value. So the dielectric constant is uncontrollable factor. The paper carries out a comprehensive study of the impacts of the different dielectric constant in various differential-via design parameters on signal integrity (SI) using a full-wave electromagnetic simulator (HFSS) and DOE of Taguchi method. To optimize the differential-via´s parameters so that there is small effect on SI in different dielectric material.
