  • Abstract
    The structural synthesis of mechanisms is a very important stage of new machines designing. Usually, it may be carried out with structural formulas, structural groups or intuitively. These methods have low effectiveness. Presented new methods structural synthesis of machines and mechanisms. This method based on the structural mathematical models. It is shown, that the known structural formulas, Grubler conditions and Klein criterion have the limited using area, and may be given imaginary results The perspective of developed mathematical structural models for machines and mechanisms synthesis is proved. The algorithm of definition of quantitative and qualitative composition of new mechanisms structural outlines is obtained. The Grubler conditions of constrained movement of kinematics outlines are specified
