  • Abstract
This paper gave an overview of the developing interdisciplinary of Interaction Design, and its relationship with other academic fields. The paper then discussed the methods, tools, basic principles and values of building interactive prototypes, which have become the core of the whole Interaction Design process. With a perspective of prototyping research in Interaction Design, the purpose of the paper is to broaden the depth and width of design as an academic field. Unlike the Human Computer Interaction (HCI) study in computer science, the paper is more inclined to closely relate to daily life and interaction Construction of the prototyping, with a focus on technology integration in the everyday life, rather than technology itself. To provide an effective design methods and ideas create useful for interactive products that would elegant and rich humanistic.
