Abstract :
Pressure gauges with an elastic element in the form of a flat round thin plate, rigidly fixed on a basic ring are considered. The purpose of this work is an improvement of the characteristics of the gauge by change of its form. The elastic elements with initial geometry and with the changed form of transition of a plate in a basic ring are investigated at the introduction of a radius fillet. Is shown that the analytical methods give authentic results for the maximal meanings of deformations for elastic elements in the form of a flat plate on a basic ring in two extreme cases - when radius fillet is equal to zero and when radius fillet is equal to the radius of an elastic element. It is numerically established that optimum radius fillet is approximately equal to the thickness of a plate. The introduction of such a radius fillet allows one to increase the working deformations on 6-13 %. in the resistors, located at the edge of the plate
