Because of the impact of financial crisis, it is difficulty for Chinese small and medium-sized real estate enterprises to finance. By the real estate syndicate financing from abroad combined with the reality of our country, this article puts forward Chinese real estate syndicate financing methods, and uses game theory to analyze and study it. Study shows that the mode of financing of real estate syndicate in China is theoretically feasible and economically reasonable.
