Abstract :
Based on mathematical model of the motor system, the expression of efficiency was established and the fact that mechanical resonant frequency is the most optimum operating frequency was verified. Then the mechanical resonant frequency criterion was determined by analysing the operating characteristics of motor. The two strategies were compared and analyzed by simulation and corresponding experiment, so the resonant frequency tracking strategy for linear oscillatory motor was determined. The experiment results show that the technique can adjust the operating frequency of the motor to track the varied resonant frequency, which makes motor with high efficiency.
