Abstract :
The development of e-health applications has been rising the last decade and is attracting a significant amount of funds as it considered that e-health can bring about major improvements in healthcare provision. As a result, the need for evaluation is becoming more rigorous. Technical quality, medical completeness, effectiveness, usability, organizational fit, cost are only few of the evaluation dimensions to be combined in order to evaluate e-health applications based on the needs of the multiple stakeholder healthcare environment. The current paper intends to provide such a systemic approach for the multidimensional evaluation of e-health / telemedicine interventions.
