Abstract
A dynamic test method (DTM) for detecting both the speed-torque characteristic of dc motor and lumped parameters of its equivalent circuit is illustrated. The DTM consists in detecting the motor´s voltage and current during few motor´s, at no-load, starts performed by a ramp voltage. The effectiveness of the DTM is proven by the agreement of test results by the DTM with the ones by direct test
