Abstract
In this paper, the effects of electron beam irradiation on dielectric constant (εr), dissipation factor (tanδ), thermally stimulated current (TSC) and conduction current of polyetheretherketon (PEEK) were investigated. εr and tanδ of irradiated PEEK started to change from a higher temperature than unirradiated material. The peak temperature of TSC increased with increasing dose. Conduction current of irradiated PEEK became smaller than that of unirradiated material. The crosslinking of molecules caused by the electron beam irradiation affected the electrical properties
