  • Abstract
    This paper focuses on fault diagnosis for a class of widely used digital multi-line sensor. After definition of the multi-line sensor, the main features of the sensor´s output data are analyzed. A fault diagnosis method which does not rely on the system model where multi-wire sensor used is proposed. The method adopted by analyzing the changes of sensor´s output data and calculating the inherent characteristics to complete the fault diagnosis and isolation. Theoretical analysis and experimental results show that this method can diagnose and isolate multi-wire sensor fault accurately, and it is a practical fault diagnosis and isolation method.
