Abstract :
The structure of Hong Kong-Zhu Hai-Macao Bridge is unique because of the bridge-tunnel combination. Meanwhile, the location of Hong Kong-Zhu Hai-Macao Bridge is also unique. There are several requirements for rescue including timely, accurate, reasonable factors and so on. “Opportunity cost method” is discussed in the article. “Opportunity cost method” could be applied to dispatch the emergency resources during an event on the Hong Kong-Zhu Hai-Macao Bridge. Based on the existing bridge rescue resources, a rescue accident case is calculated on the Hong Kong-Zhu hai-Macao bridge. From the details got in the calculation. We could prove that the dispatch method is a reasonable and scientific way to deal with such kind of accidents. It could improve the efficiency of the rescue. Meanwhile, it could also increase the utilization of aid resources.
