Abstract :
Application of cement stabilized reclaimed asphalt pavement (RAP) aggregates will inevitably encounter reclaimed asphalt mixture with different characteristics, such as gradation, mechanical properties. This paper emphasizes on studying the influence of gradation and mechanical property to the strength of cold recycling material. Experiment adopted five different RAP aggregates to form standard test samples with the same cement dosage. Then comparison of the strength of different samples was conducted. The relationship is known that the cement stabilized RAP aggregate´s mechanical performance enhanced obviously with reasonable aggregate gradation and enhanced with reclaimed asphalt mixture´s mechanical property to a certain extent.
