Abstract :
The successes of the modern electronic technologies allow us to produce autoemission cathodes. These cathodes do not have transit-time effects in the band up to 1000 GHz. This is very attractive to create TWT with cathode modulation (TWTCM). Such autoemission cathodes are fabricated at BSUIR.
